LAPD stands for Linkage Analysis Using Pedigree Data. This program allows to estimate maximum likelihood allele and two-locus haplotype frequencies, using an Expectation-Maximization algorithm, taking into account family relationships of the individuals. The authors are Laurent Excoffier and Monty Slatkin.
